Veronica Mainetti is an Italian entrepreneur, sustainable redeveloper, environmental activist, visual artist and proud mamma, based in the beautifully dualistic cities of NYC/LA.

Veronica's home office resides wherever Mother Nature allows — rock faces, forest trails, ocean horizons, or out for a jog alongside RYSIT's Chief Canine Officer, Miss Truffle. A photography devotee, sunrise chaser and step counter, she is a living embodiment of the belief that how we inhabit this planet matters deeply.

That belief built RYSIT. And long before RYSIT, it built a career that the New York Post recognized by naming Veronica one of the 20 most influential people in New York real estate, a distinction she earned three years running in the Power 100.

As Principal of The Sorgente Group of America, Veronica led the conservation and sustainable redevelopment of some of the most iconic structures in the United States, including the ongoing restoration of New York City's beloved Flatiron Building, the Fine Arts Building in Los Angeles, and the Clock Tower Building in Santa Monica. In SoHo, she pioneered the Giglio certificate — a sustainability standard that was created for responsible development practice. She then spearheaded 60 White Street in Tribeca, the first sustainable restoration of a landmarked building of its kind in New York City, for which she received the America Award of the Italy-USA Foundation.

Today, through RYSIT and RYSIT Development, Veronica brings that same uncompromising commitment to a new generation of projects, and to a global platform where sustainable ideas don't just get discussed. They get built.
